“When the world tells you to shrink, expand.”
- Elaine Welteroth
I'm a content strategist, visual artist, and Ph.D. based in metro Atlanta whose work lives at the rare intersection of right-brain creativity and left-brain obsession with systems. My background spans nonprofit, media, higher education, and tech. I cast my net far and wide because the best ideas come from connecting dots others don't see. I believe in creativity with receipts and organization with vision, and I bring both to everything I make and manage.
A St. Louis native and Clark Atlanta University alumna, I create from the inside of the experiences I explore. My doctoral research at Vanderbilt centered representations of Black women and girls in popular media, and that lens still shapes how I think about storytelling, audience, and culture. As a birth worker, mother of two, and advocate for reproductive health and Black women's well-being, my creative work is rooted in community and lived experience, and driven by a curiosity that treats every new challenge as an invitation.
